Just click on the "Select Misson" drop-down menu on the right hand side of the website, and choose 'Argentina Buenos Aires West' then click the 'Write a Letter' button underneath the drop-down menu. You may set up an account if you wish, but it is not necessary. Again I will have to pick these up from the mission home.
